Sources we read with caution

A lot of the most visible writing about medical student money is published by banks, lenders and recruitment agencies. It is often accurate and it is never neutral. When we cite these, we say who published them.

That includes the big Canadian ones: bank healthcare programmes, lender comparison pages, and the financial information published by medical schools that recruit international students. Read them, but read them knowing what they want.

Not on this list

We do not link to anything we have not read.

We do not take payment for placement. If that ever changes, this page will say so.
